Absolutely! We do so much better for our littles when we are refreshed too! It isn’t always an option, but it’s a lot harder if we aren’t actively pursuing that time regularly! And then it builds up to an unhealthy level.

Yes! I also try to get up an hour or two before they do because I am often more energized and productive in the morning…although sleep is important too! haha
